$10.00 - 3D JackPot
Timed Events classes
$14.00 - RHSC Equitation on the Flat and RHSC Mini Medal
$ 5.00 - Running Ring Exhibition warm-up classes.
$ 8.00 - All other classes including Open Ring payback
classes.
$20.00 - Stall fee OR $15 any horse on grounds with out
a stall.
$ 7.00 - Shavings per bag (2 bags required per Wills
Park Equestrian Center).
$ 5.00 - Office fee per horse/rider combination.
$10.00 - Non pre-registered fee - save $10.00 per
horse/rider combination by pre-registering
$ 5.00 - Non member fee per horse/rider combination.
$25.00 - Returned check fee (plus bank charges).
$30.00 - Camper / RV
$35.00 - Vendor
SHOW OFFICE INFORMATION
Show Office Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 7:45 a.m / 8:00 a.m. to 2:45
p.m. / 3:00 p.m. till end of show, and from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
on Fridays before the shows for pre-registration check-in
and regular registration.
*All exhibitors must check in at the show office & leave an
open check (or pay show bill in advance) even if
pre-registered.*
Pre-Registration closes on Wednesday at 12 Noon prior to the
show, no exceptions.

STALLS
Stalls are $20.00; two bags of shavings are required per
stall. The Barn Manager is available noon –7:00 p.m. show
Fridays to open stalls and at 6:30 a.m. on show day. Late
arrivals must be arranged in advance when pre-registering.
Stabling a horse in a stall without shavings is a $35.00
fine. Stall fee is charged if stall is reserved and
unlocked, even if unused.
