2008 Pre-Registration

Stall Reservations:
The Barn Manager is available for barn check-in and to open stalls on the Friday before shows from 12 noon until 7:00 p.m. If you arrive after 7 p.m. and have not made prior arrangements for late barn check-in you will not be able to have stalls opened until Saturday morning.

To make arrangements for a late arrival, you must note the following when you pre-register via phone or note under “Comments” section if pre-registering via fax or on-line:
- indicate that you will be arriving after 7 p.m. and need to arrange a late barn check-in
- state your anticipated arrival time
- leave a phone number where you can be reached in the event we need to contact you

Pre-Registration
Pre-registration is the preferred way to sign-up for shows. Not only will you avoid the $10.00 per horse/rider non pre-registered fee, you will make the show office crew much happier, the show will start on time, and you will avoid long delays in the show office the morning of the show. ALL EXHIBITORS MUST CHECK IN at the show office EVEN IF Pre-Registered & leave an open check (or pay show bill in advance). The show office is open for check-in on show Fridays from 5:30-7:00 p.m. and Saturday morning beginning at 6:30 a.m. – the show office is closed from 7:45-8:00 a.m. and 2:45 – 3:00 p.m. to process entries.

If you are a new participant in the shows and do not have a back number, put "new" in the back number section of the on-line form, or just state that you are a new participant in the voice mailbox when calling in.

Pre-Registration ends at 12:00 Noon on the Wednesday before the show. No exceptions!

You may pre-register using any one of the following three methods: Email, By Phone or Fax / U.S. Mail..

Method 2

·         Call and leave a voice mail message at (770) 205-4056, speak clearly and include all the above information.  Make sure you are using the 2008 show sheet!

Method 3

·         Click on this sign-up-form, print the page, fill in the blanks, and fax (404-745-0793) it to the show secretary.
